Insulated and OSB is on the dividing wall.  We are installing drywall now.

The Nickols’ sun room is progressing nicely!  We received approval from James City County for the framing, electrical wiring and HVAC extension .  We are now installing the insulation today with the seal package.  Tomorrow we will be prepping the wall between the sun room and existing house with OSB plywood to be ready to hang the drywall on Monday!  Pics will follow shortly..

It was such a joy and pleasure working with the Parker’s on their bath remodel project the last two weeks.  The tile and painting  in the bath is complete, the shower door is due in a few weeks.  we are using a frame-less shower enclosure with brushed nickel handle and clips.  As soon as it has been set in place we will take pics and post to the projects page…

We have gutted the master bathroom.  The new spot walls have been added and drywall applied.  Tomorrow the drywall will be “mudded” at the seams and the cherry vanity cabinets will be set.  After the holiday, the tile work begins!  Pics will soon follow…

We are excited about the progress of our work on the Nickols’ addition.  We have just about finished the dry-in phase on the Sun Room.  The Pella clad windows with grilles between the glass and shades between the glass also have been installed.  The Pella French doors have also been installed with the grilles and shades also between the glass.

We are in the process of a master bath overhaul for the Parker’s of Ford’s Colony in Williamsburg, Virginia.  The Parker’s are repeat customers and we are excited to be working with them again!  Kim enjoyed building their home for them many years ago and is very excited to be providing them with the update they were desiring.  Pictures will follow shortly.
