The plumbing was completed and approved!  We are ready for the slab prep and once approved, concrete will be poured.  Thanks guys for a job well done!

Walls are in place for the basement… garage and porch walls to follow.  Melissa will have a beautiful view to Lake Loring to the left of her property.

We have completed the basement dig and will be getting the french drain installed around the perimeter.  The Superior Walls have been signed off on and have been released in to production.  Here are a few pics of the equipment doing the dig… job well done!

      

  

The building permit has been approved and I have posted it on our “builder job site sign”.  We have been given the go ahead to start digging the basement footings for the Superior Wall System.  The weather is looking good for the next several weeks for the basement excavation and prep work.

                                                       

Signs (builder sign and 4 RPA signs which stands for Resource Protection Act) and permit are posted, silt fence is in place, lot is looking great!  Upon approval of clearing, basement dig will begin tomorrow.  I have already gotten the survey stakes of the house corners placed in preparation for the dig.

 

Melissa Griffith’s project is coming along nicely.  We are finishing up the tree removal and will be installing the silt fence and construction entrance shortly.  This is a pic standing at the dam of Lake Loring looking up at where Melissa’s house will be built.
