The interior trim has been completed on Melissa’s house. The interior details are wonderful. A craftsman styled railing sets off the great room stairway. The master bathroom tile has been finished and looks fantastic! Melissa is wanting to keep some of these features private for a bit longer… but keep posted for pics coming soon.

New construction update
Drywall and Siding installed on Melissa’s home
New construction home scheduled for insulation and drywall
Insulation is starting tomorrow on Melissa’s new construction and drywall will be delivered on Monday~
Inspections are all approved and moving forward
We are ready for insulation and drywall will follow next week. As soon as the weather breaks the premium beaded vinyl siding will go up. Boy that will make quite a difference in curb appeal!
Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical rough-ins complete and called for inspection
Garage slab and front porch slab are poured and finished. Getting the inspections on the framing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical on Monday. The cold has held up from having the inspection done earlier this week because water has to be put on the plumbing lines to test them. Water and 10 degree temps don’t go well together… Insulation is on standby.
Roof is complete on Melissa’s home

The roof was completed today and looks fabulous. We used GAF High Defenition Dimensional Shingles from Roofing Supply Group. The plumbers has finished the rough-in, the heat mechanics are working on finishing the ducts and the electrician starts on Monday. By the end of next week we should be ready for our framing and rough-in inspection with the county. Job well done guys!!
