We are currently renovating a home we built for customers 20 years ago. We are opening up the kitchen to the dining room and family room for an updated open feel. The hall bath is also being gutted and renovated. We will be rehabing the fiberglass tub to look just like new! These are before pics… Below are demo pics

Repainting pickled cabinets in Ford’s Colony
We are working for repeat customers and grateful for their continued faith in us. We are painting the pickled kitchen and great room cabinets with white lacquer. We will be turning their dated custom cabinets into timeless beauties! We are also replacing some windows in the sun room as well as a minor roof repair. Thanks Vern and Geraine for your patronage! Finish pics to follow.
Clearing has begun at the craft Studio
We have picked up the building permit and begun clearing for the new project we are doing for Linda and Jim. They are having us build a 24′ x 40′ craft studio. We are glad to be able to take of this project for them.

We picked up the building permit and are scheduling the clearing!
New deck extension
We will be extending a pressure treated deck for Mary and Darryl in a few weeks. Thank you for the opportunity to design and do this for you!
Building plans are in process!
I met with my plan designer and will be getting the preliminary set soon with final plans to follow for the Studio for Linda and Jim. Once I have the final plans I will submit for the clearing permit. I received the results of the soil evaluation. The report shows a low shrink-swell finding for the soils. This is the best result available and is the least costly for the footing for construction.
