New sun room addition for the Nickols’ going to the county for permitting

The soil report and the plans are in hand.  I will be dropping them off at James City County either today or tomorrow.  The 12′ x 25′ sun room and large raised patio with courthouse steps will be a wonderful addition to the Nickols’ home.  They have been wanting a sun room for many years and I feel fortunate to be the builder they selected to build it for them.  I am excited to get it underway.
